Return & Refund Policy
Blue Hippo is operated by KASL Cosmetics LLC, registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt. We are committed to providing a clear and fair shopping experience.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging as received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare or cosmetic products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and outer packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Products that cannot be returned include:
Items that have been opened or used
Items not in their original packaging
Items missing components included at delivery
